Job summary

The Wingmen in Phoenix is seeking an Event Host to run monthly and private nightlife events from load-in to last call. You will confirm venue details, set up staff rosters and bottle service, brief the team, and manage the door, guest list, and any issues with the venue or promoter.

Events run four to six hours, Thu–Sat, for professionals in their 40s and 50s in an upscale, respectful setting. This hosting and operations role offers room to grow as we expand to new markets.

Qualifications

• 21+ and based in the Phoenix metro.
• Experience hosting or promoting nightlife events.
• Able to lead and handle issues without escalating mood.
• Strong organizational skills with rosters and timing.
• Existing connections with Old Town Scottsdale venues or promoters a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm venue details, table and bottle service setup, and staffing roster before events.
• Arrive first, brief the wing girl team, and manage the door, guest list, and venue/promoter issues.
• Read the room, move attendees, and ensure no member is stranded and no table goes empty.
• Be the face to the venue; address promoter questions, tab issues, or room shifts as needed.
• After each event, send a recap to leadership: attendance, what worked, and what to fix next time.
