Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations at an upscale hotel dining venue. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing P&L, payroll, and scheduling to drive profitability.

You will foster a guest-first culture, mentor staff, and collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure seamless service. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food & beverage operations; required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant P&L, labor, and food costs; profitability focus.
• Commitment to developing future restaurant leaders; track record of promoting from within.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and high quality across every shift.
• Ensure compliance with operating processes to maintain a high-performing guest-first dining environment.
• Lead daily management responsibilities including P&L, financial reporting, payroll, and staff scheduling to drive profitability.
• Mentor and develop your team to consistently deliver upscale food and beverage service.
• Proactively identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to create seamless, memorable dining experiences.
