White Lodging is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at a premium hotel restaurant. This full-time role requires guiding from the front, building strong teams, driving guest satisfaction, and delivering operational excellence on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily F&B operations in a premium dining environment.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food costs for profitability.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage P&L oversight, payroll, and staff scheduling to drive profitability.
• mentor and develop team to deliver exceptional upscale service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH to create seamless dining experiences.
