Job summary

Biltmore in Asheville, North Carolina is looking for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee all F&B operations. The RGM will manage service quality, financial objectives, and staff satisfaction for Village Hotel's culinary offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a full service restaurant, exceptional leadership, and communication skills. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a comparable full service restaurant.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to world class guest service.
• Strong knowledge of F&B cost/inventory controls and restaurant financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Village Hotel F&B operations, including Front of the House and Culinary.
• Menu planning and cost controls with the Restaurant Executive Chef.
• Performance management and staff development, including coaching and counseling.
