Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead daily operations at La Zozzona, upholding Forbes 5-Star service standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Starting rate is $23.00 per hour. The role demands strong leadership, guest-service focus, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of Hyatt's world-class hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in an upscale setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Maintain Forbes 5-Star service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests, address concerns, and personalize experiences.
• Lead and motivate front-of-house team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control.
• Support inventory management and ordering.
• Monitor cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
