Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor for La Zozzona. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure Forbes 5-Star service standards, and mentor a high-performing team in a luxury dining environment.

The role requires leadership, strong guest relations, and a passion for exceptional hospitality. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with compensation at $23 per hour plus benefits for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in upscale settings.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Food Handlers license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Maintain Forbes 5-Star service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests, address concerns, and personalize experiences.
• Lead and motivate front-of-house team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control.
• Support inventory management and ordering.
• Monitor cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
