Job summary

Copperleaf Golf Club in Estero, FL is seeking friendly and energetic servers to join our recently renovated dining team. This year-round, part-time position offers a vibrant atmosphere, helpful colleagues, and opportunities to earn competitive tips.

You will greet guests, take orders, provide menu recommendations, serve promptly, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for members and guests. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
• Anticipate and address guests' needs throughout their dining experience
