The Post Oak is seeking a Server Assistant for our upscale dining team in Minneapolis. This role supports servers, maintains immaculate service stations, and helps create an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of fine dining experience, a friendly, inclusive attitude, and a passion for great food in a fast-paced setting. Tipping position with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Team player with guest-first attitude.
• 1+ year of fine dining Server Assistant experience.
• Must be 18 years or older (alcohol service requirement).

Responsibilities

• Assist servers to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain service stations, restock as needed.
• Buss/greet guests, clear tables and support smooth service.
