Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid State security credentials/license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Two years of experience in a position with direct guest contact.
• Strong verbal, written and technology skills.
• Keyboarding skills 25 WPM.
• Investigation skills.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Must speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, staff and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce policy in a courteous manner.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols and evaluate situations quickly.
• Conduct investigations and document findings.
• Maintain order while attending to guests and staff.
• Coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Assist with safety protocols and incident reporting.
