Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Host - Chop House to greet and seat guests in an efficient, friendly manner. All duties align with Wind Creek Bethlehem policies and PGCB rules.

Responsibilities include reviewing reservations, coordinating seating, assisting servers, maintaining menu knowledge for upselling, and upholding safety standards. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., speak English well, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
• Experience as a host/ess or server in upscale/high-volume venues is preferred.
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Greet and seat guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Review reservations at the beginning of service and plan seating.
• Communicate effectively with guests in person and by phone.
• Assist servers as needed and maintain knowledge of menu options for upselling.
