Job summary

Randys Prime Seafood and Steaks in Vienna, VA, is seeking an energetic upscale dining Host to welcome guests and guide them to seating in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, answer questions, and help maintain a neat front-of-house. Prior hospitality experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Competitive starting pay of $19+ per hour, paid training, health insurance, PTO, and 401K based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and guide them to seating.
• Provide exceptional guest service and answer questions.
• Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house area.
• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and answer inquiries.
• Manage the wait list during peak times and set guest expectations.

Upscale Dining Host earn $19+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door


• Providing exceptional guest service


• Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment


• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions


• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
