Great American Restaurants is seeking a friendly Host to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment across our Northern Virginia locations. As a host, you will welcome guests, assist with reservations, maintain an orderly front-of-house, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience from arrival to seating.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Comfort handling reservations and phone inquiries in a busy dining room.

As a host, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide our guests with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience before they even order food!

Hosts earn $18+ per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door
• Providing exceptional guest service
• Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
