Responsibilities include supporting servers and bartenders, stocking supplies, operating the POS system, and maintaining service flow in a fast-paced upscale setting. A high school diploma and state certifications are required, with emphasis on clear communication and adaptability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification (must meet state regulations).
• Valid Food Handlers Certification (must meet state regulations).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional, guest-first service by anticipating needs and supporting a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room, bar, and service areas.
• Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow throughout the shift.
• Support servers and bartenders by stocking supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations.
• Possess working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings appropriate to role.
• Navigate the P.O.S. system as needed and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Execute opening, closing, and side work duties with attention to detail.
• Understand the layout and flow of the restaurant and work cohesively with the entire team.
• Maintain all required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety (as required by state and county).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
