We invite our guests to immerse themselves in a redesigned Wine Country experience in a delightfully vino-cultured manner: two luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities – the vibrant Hotel Villagio and its sophisticated counterpart, Vintage House, a chic and tranquil sanctuary. JOB SUMMARY

This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of service and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest care. With a focus on anticipation and execution, this individual helps create a refined and memorable dining experience for every guest.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations
Refill water glasses and assist with bread and other table-side service as needed
Ensure table settings are always complete, clean, and in perfect condition
Deliver food from the kitchen to tables when required, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy
Monitor guest needs and communicate any issues or special requests to servers or management
Stock bar with liquor, wine, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes
Assist bartenders with preparation of garnishes, juices, and other bar necessities
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
Remove used glassware and barware from the bar and replace with clean items
Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting while maintaining poise and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and order
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
Team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality
