The space draws parallels between the rich landscape and mountainous terrain of northern Spain and the variety of natural surroundings within and around Salt Lake City, creating a unique and inspiring restaurant destination. This outlet is open for lunch and dinner.

Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunities for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on one’s style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will understand state and local serving guidelines.

While this role is primarily focused on bartending, some serving shifts may be required as part of the position.

• Previous bartending experience in and upscale environment required
• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Licenses & Certifications

Must possess or be able to obtain DABS certification

Must maintain a current Food Handler permit in accordance with local regulations
