Esquire is a 265-seat luxury steakhouse in Chicago’s Gold Coast. We are seeking an experienced bartender to execute the bar and Trophy Room programs with precision and hospitality, serving guests with warmth and knowledge.

Onboarding and training are planned mid-to-late October 2026. The role requires BASSET and Food Handler certifications, and compensation includes an hourly base plus a share of the tip pool with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending in upscale or craft-cocktail settings.
• Strong spirits and cocktail knowledge; rare-spirits exposure a plus.
• Speed, accuracy, and a genuine guest presence.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill cocktails precisely to recipe; execute the bar and Trophy Room programs.
• Serve and engage bar guests with warmth and knowledge.
• Prep and set the bars; run food when needed.
• Count and turn in drawers; maintain accuracy and integrity.
