Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years server experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent public contact skills including tact, courtesy and patience.
• Ability to meet standards, satisfy customers, communicate effectively, read/write, memorize menu items and learn dining information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests hospitably and serve them efficiently, providing proper food and beverage service.
• Learn and describe menu items to guests, including chef specials.
• Suggest wine and other beverages.
• Responsible for standard table set-up procedures and cleanliness of the dining room.
• Other duties as required.
