The Williamsburg Inn, built in 1937 by John D. Employment Status

Upon being hired for this position, you will enter a probationary status, working up to 40 hours per week. Upon completion of the probationary period, you could become benefit eligible.

Essential Duties

• Warmly greet customers and deliver exceptional service with attention to detail and a friendly attitude.
• Efficiently and courteously serve food, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Perform other duties as required to exceed guests’ expectations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to (1) learn formal tea service; (2) handle large numbers of guests courteously and efficiently; (3) maintain standards listed below.
