Marquee at the Landing is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beers and wines, and provide exceptional guest service in an upscale Fort Wayne setting.

You will greet guests, suggest drink pairings, maintain stock, and keep a spotless bar area while handling transactions accurately. This role requires 21+ and nightlife/restaurant experience, with opportunities for growth within our team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Upscale restaurant bartending experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Greet guests and assist with drink selection and recommendations.
