Job summary

Intown Golf Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Server to deliver a high-quality dining experience on our service floor. If you are a service-focused, multi-tasking professional who takes pride in elite hospitality, your next chapter starts here.

You will manage tables, take orders, recommend pairings, and ensure timely service in a premium environment. A minimum of 1 year in upscale casual, fine dining, or private club is required; evening, holiday, and weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year serving in upscale casual, fine dining, luxury hotel, or private club.
• Must be of legal drinking age to serve alcohol.
• Must be flexible to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Elite Table Management: Interact with members and guests, take orders, make recommendations, serve food and drinks, process payments, and manage multiple tables.
• Operational Flow: Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and bar to ensure flawless execution and timely service.
• Clubhouse Support: Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking stations, and maintaining dining areas.
• Compliance & Care: Check IDs and ensure liquor regulations are followed.
