Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Attention to detail and accuracy; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service of drinks.
• Input each order into the POS system accurately.
• Follow alcohol awareness policies and procedures; upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup; ensure proper garnishes and glassware.
• Deliver high-quality service and embody old-world hospitality and charm.
