Job summary

Arizona Charlie's Decatur is seeking a part-time Beverage Server to support the beverage department with prompt, friendly service and accurate cash handling. You will work with team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to gaming and safety rules.

The role requires 21+ years of age, English communication skills, and availability to work in a fast-paced casino environment. Previous beverage or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in beverage serving or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner.
• Accurately follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures.
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned.
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
