Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Recent food service POS cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check and gaming license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Know and enforce health, food safety codes and compliance with tribal/state/federal regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized work area per TOGE/health codes.
• Train new team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team; maintain a positive/professional environment.
• Adhere to casino attendance and scheduling policies.
• Restock work areas; sweep, clean tables, remove trash to maintain standards.
• Support daily restaurant operations in an efficient, cost- and labor-conscious manner.
• Represent the casino with courtesy and respect to guests and colleagues.
