Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: customer service with cash handling.
• Skills: positive attitude, neat appearance, menu knowledge, basic math, English communication, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform cashier duties.
• Input orders into POS accurately.
• Receive and tender cash, credit, coupons, vouchers, and other transactions.
• Expedite orders efficiently.
• Package and hand off food and beverages as needed.
• Maintain stock in cashier stations and keep areas clean.
• Uphold guest service standards and JW Marriott values.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
