Job summary

Field & Vine is looking for a full-time Bartender/Server to deliver polished beverage service in both the bar and dining room at The Clara Hotel in Plano, TX. You will prepare drinks, serve meals, process payments, and keep a clean, stocked work area.

The role is tipped, hourly, nonexempt, and eligible for overtime. Base wage is $13 per hour, with tips contributing to total earnings and compliance with Texas law.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain TABC seller/server certification.
• Complete accredited Texas food-handler training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide timely, attentive, and professional service.
• Enter food and beverage orders using the restaurant POS system.
• Prepare beverages according to approved recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Verify ID and follow all TABC requirements when serving alcohol.
• Maintain knowledge of Field & Vine's offerings and specials.
• Process payments and maintain cash-handling accuracy.
