Job summary

Cedric's Tavern at Biltmore Estate is hiring a Bartender to greet guests, prepare beverages, process orders, and ensure excellent service. You will interact with guests, follow mixology standards, and support bar areas during shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of bartending experience, and the ability to obtain TIPS/ALE training. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain TIPS, ALE and related training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver hospitality in a gracious manner.
• Take beverage and food orders, use product knowledge to upsell.
• Enter orders into POS system and reconcile tabs at shift end.
• Serve beverages and food per standards; ensure utensils and condiments.
• Pre-bus and maintain clean bar and dining areas; keep items stocked.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Resolve guest concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
• Open/close bar duties and prep for service.
