Anthony's Beach Cafe in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our busy bar team. You will prepare and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with guests, and ensure a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

We value reliability, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy while maintaining bar cleanliness and collaborating with the kitchen and floor staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to enter orders and process payments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide attentive guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and organization, including glassware and equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and follow company policies.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Adhere to health, safety and alcohol service regulations, ensuring a safe environment.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH to coordinate timely service during busy periods.
