Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, upbeat, attentive service to every guest in your section and at the bar.
• Prepare cocktails according to established recipes with precise measurements.
• Set up, maintain, and break down a clean, stocked bar and perform opening/closing sidework.
• Maintain sanitation and safety policies and uphold alcohol service standards.
• Share beverage knowledge and support teammates during service.
• Be available for evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
