The ideal candidate has at least one year of craft cocktail experience, strong knowledge of beverages, and a commitment to safety and hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Proficient with tablet or POS to process transactions and maintain records.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Craft beverages and elevate guest experience with high-quality cocktails and nonalcoholic options.
• Develop and refine craft cocktail recipes using syrups, infusions, tinctures, and fresh ingredients.
• Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation, and portioning.
• Share beverage knowledge and provide recommendations to residents and guests.
• Monitor alcohol service in compliance with laws and responsible service policies.
• Mentor and train team members in bartending fundamentals and service standards.
• Support beverage inventory management, accurate counts, and cost-conscious practices.
• Collaborate with dining leadership to introduce new beverage offerings and improve bar operations.
• Provide attentive service across dining venues and events.
