THE ONE GROUP is hiring a Bartender in the United States. You will craft cocktails, engage guests, and deliver a premium bar experience while maintaining high-energy atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring strong mixology knowledge, experience in high-volume settings, and a commitment to exceptional guest service. Night, weekend, and holiday availability required; duties include bar setup, cash handling, and coordination with the front-of-house team.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment as needed.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must follow all alcohol service guidelines and always represent STK professionally.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages to meet THE ONE GROUP’s high standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
• Engage guests with menus and recommendations, delivering an interactive experience.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and process card transactions.
• Set up, stock, and keep an organized, clean bar before, during, and after shifts.
• Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively.
• Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold health and safety standards and sanitation requirements.
• Report maintenance issues to management and support front-of-house when needed.
