You will welcome guests, take orders, upsell specialties, knowledge of menu items and ingredients, check IDs, and ensure responsible service. Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or strong beverage service background preferred.
• Ability to upsell and recommend menu items to guests.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and liquor varieties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine beverage preferences; take orders and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to Fogo de Chão recipes and standards; garnish as needed.
• Check identification to ensure legal age; ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions; balance till at shift end.
• Assist with bar inventory and supply ordering; maintain clean and organized bar area.
