Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or Mixologist.

• Proficient knowledge of spirits, wine and beer.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and item entry.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent English communication and polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
• Provide food and beverage service to guests at the bar.
• Review identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Process customer payments using the POS system.
• Maintain bar top aesthetics and equipment cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory and restock bar inventory.
• Adhere to Resorts World core values and department standards.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
