Job summary

Ida Claire – South of Ordinary in Dallas, TX is seeking a Barback to support the bartenders and service team in a high-volume, upscale environment. You will help with beverage preparation, restock supplies, maintain bar cleanliness, and deliver beverages according to recipes and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to read and understand beverage tickets, menu items, and modifications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain one as required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist bartenders and servers with beverage service and guest needs.
• Deliver beverages and assist with food running as needed.
• Clear and reset tables to support dining room operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar throughout each shift.
