Qualifications

• Rising college junior, senior, grad student or recent grad (last 24 months) in Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, CS, IT, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and Python or similar programming language.

UPS Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) delivers end-to-end logistics solutions through business units such as Global Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean Freight), Warehousing & Distribution, Transportation Management, Customs Brokerage, Service Parts Logistics, Healthcare Logistics, and Supply Chain Design & Optimization. The SCS Internship Program creates value by placing interns on meaningful projects that directly support these organizations through data analysis, process improvement, research, and strategic problem-solving. Unlike traditional internships, many SCS projects do not have predefined solutions or step-by-step instructions, requiring interns to navigate ambiguity, engage stakeholders, and develop actionable recommendations. Job Summary

This position provides direct support to the department by assisting with analysis, research, reporting, solution creation, and preparation of presentation materials. He/She researches and uses analytical skills to help address specific business needs, perform data analyses, and creates recommendations based on findings. This position communicates results to key stakeholders and proactively addresses related issues.

Qualifications

• Rising college junior or senior, graduate student or recent graduate within the last 24 months pursuing a degree in Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SQL and Python or similar programming language required
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• This position will require you to be in person based out of Atlanta or Alpharetta, Georgia
