RTY LLC DBA THE UPS STORE is seeking a friendly UPS Store Sales Associate to assist customers with shipping, returns, mailbox support, printing, passport photos, notary, fingerprinting, packing and related services. You will ring up sales, stock shelves, and keep the store welcoming and organized.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has prior customer service experience, can operate a cash register, and works well in a team.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented UPS Store Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their Shipping, Returns, Mailbox support, Printing, Passport Pictures, Notary, Liver Scan finger print, Packing and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities includes working at the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate must at least 18 years and with will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
