Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer for Las Vegas, NV. The role involves commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting UPS systems across a field-based, travel-heavy schedule with on-call duties and occasional nights or weekends.

You will carry out start-ups, repairs and testing, prepare reports and contribute to maintenance procedures while working with a specialist critical power client. A strong driving record is essential.

Qualifications

At least 3 years’ UPS field service experience.
OEM factory training or hands-on with Vertiv/Liebert, Schneider/APC/MGE or Eaton/Powerware/PDI equipment.
Strong electrical fault-finding, communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Commission, maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, batteries, PDUs and static transfer switches.
Carry out equipment start-ups, repairs, testing and emergency call-outs.
Prepare service reports and support the development of maintenance and testing procedures.
Travel primarily within the region, with occasional national travel and flexibility for nights, weekends and on-call duties.
