• Valid California Teaching Credential (or current eligibility/enrollment in an approved intern or credential program; support provided).

• Drive Measurable Progress: Use real‑time student data (formative, summative, and performance assessments) to adjust instruction and prepare scholars for rigorous benchmarks (e.g., SBAC).
• Maintain High Classroom Standards: Establish a structured, positive, and productive learning environment grounded in MWA’s culture of respect and achievement.
• Partner with Families: Maintain frequent, proactive communication with parents and guardians to keep them invested in their student’s academic goals.
• Collaborate & Grow: Actively participate in weekly professional development, peer coaching, and team collaboration meetings.
