Mount Vernon School is seeking substitute teachers for the Upper School (Grades 9-12) to assist with learning and classroom activities. Substitutes may be called for full-day or half-day sessions and must be available between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm; advance notice may not be possible.
Responsibilities include following lesson plans, maintaining an engaging learning environment, and supporting the classroom with attendance and transitions as directed by the Head of School.

Mount Vernon School is seeking substitute teachers for the Upper School (Grades 9-12) in the absence of the regular classroom teacher to help students to learn subject matter and/or skills that are required for scheduled lessons and to provide meaningful instruction for assigned classrooms. Substitute teachers may be called for a full-day or half-day. Substitute teachers must be available between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm; advanced notice might not always be possible.
