• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to work effectively with upper‑school‑aged students in a hands‑on setting.
• Be willing to learn throughout the season and guide students in robotics and teamwork.
• Commitment to inclusivity and student growth in a diverse school environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice three days per week after school (3:00–5:30 PM).
• Attend 3–4 all‑day weekend competitions per season.
• Guide students in building and coding VEX V5 robots.
• Maintain documentation and organize shared team space.
