Dwight-Englewood School in Englewood, NJ seeks a Leave Replacement Upper School Science Teacher (Physics) for the 2026–2027 year. The role may be full-time or part-time, December 2026 through February 2027, with strong physics knowledge expected.

If full-time, teach 4 sections: 3 of 11th-grade physics and 1 of AP Physics C; if part-time, teach 3 sections of physics. Participation in meetings, activities, and student support is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience teaching Science at the Upper School level.

Responsibilities

• Teach 4 sections of Science: 3x11th grade physics and 1x AP Physics C (full-time).
• Or teach 3 sections of Physics (part-time).
• Attend weekly departmental/divisional meetings after school.
