• Be in good standing with a local church and commit to regular Bible study, prayer, and fellowship.
• Resolve conflicts according to Matthew 18 with peace within staff and community.
• Demonstrate ability and a genuine passion for teaching students.
• Commit to learning Classical Christian education, with bi-weekly training and monthly PD.
• Uphold the mission, philosophy, and culture of Annapolis Christian Academy.
• Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.
