Brownell Talbot College Preparatory School is seeking a dynamic Dean of Upper School to guide students in grades 9-12 toward college readiness and purposeful leadership. The role reports to the Chief Academic Officer and serves on both Academic and School Leadership Teams.

The Dean oversees upper school faculty, staffing, and program quality, with a focus on cultivating academic rigor, character, and belonging in a busy, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
• Valid Nebraska teaching certificate plus Administrative Endorsement or ability to obtain one is required.
• Five+ years of teaching experience and at least three years of administrative experience are expected.
• Private or independent school experience is desired.
