Job summary

Brownell Talbot College Preparatory School in Omaha, NE is seeking a visionary Dean of Upper School to guide grades 9-12, lead an innovative program, develop students for college and leadership, and leave a lasting impact on a thriving independent school.

You will work on a 12-month contract reporting to the Chief Academic Officer, supervising upper school faculty and shaping curriculum, culture, and student outcomes across the academic year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Valid NE Teaching certificate and Administrative Endorsement or the ability to obtain one with the appropriate endorsement(s).
• A proven track record of success with five years or more teaching experience and three years or more administrative experience.
