Westminster Christian Academy is currently seeking an Upper School Business Teacher for the 2025-26 school year. As part of the Business & Communications team, the Upper School Business Teacher will use a project-based curriculum to develop students’ problem-solving and innovation skills in general business, accounting, and economics. The Business Teacher will work with a small team to develop innovative teaching approaches. The course load will include three unique preps.

Qualifications

• A clear testimony of a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ
• Membership or faithful attendance at an approved Protestant church congregation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education or Business
• Ability to collaborate well with colleagues
• Ability to work well independently
• Passion to integrate the curriculum with Christianity
• Strong professional or collegiate references
• Experience in secondary school setting preferred

• One Pastor Reference submitted on their behalf
