Westminster Christian Academy is seeking an Upper School Business Teacher for the 2025-26 school year. We look for individuals driven by excellence, caring deeply about their students, and willing to develop healthy, nurturing relationships both inside and outside the classroom.

Our school honors Jesus Christ by providing an excellent education rooted in biblical truth as interpreted by the Westminster Confession of Faith. Faculty and staff help students discover and embrace a biblical view of the world and integrate it into every aspect of life.

The Upper School Business Teacher, as part of the Business & Communications team, will use a project-based curriculum to develop students' problem-solving and innovation skills in general business, accounting, and economics. The teacher will collaborate with a small team to develop innovative teaching approaches. The course load will include three different preps.

Qualifications

• A clear testimony of a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ
• Membership or faithful attendance at an approved Protestant church congregation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education or Business
• Ability to collaborate well with colleagues
• Ability to work independently
• Passion for integrating the curriculum with Christianity
• Strong professional or collegiate references
• Experience in a secondary school setting preferred

Candidates must also complete the following to finish the application process:

• Two professional references must submit our Faculty Candidate Evaluation on their behalf
• One Pastor Reference must be submitted on their behalf
