Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Great Hearts Lead Office on instructional matters as needed.
• Supervise staff duties and observe teachers; evaluate performance.
• Plan and coordinate school events; manage schedules and calendars.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing staff when needed.
• Ensure safety and orderly environment per policies and procedures.
• Participate in professional development with other Heads of School.
• Travel locally for training as needed.
