Aspen Academy in the Denver area seeks an Upper Middle School Math Teacher for the 26-27 school year. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on engaging math exploration, problem‑solving, and LiFE coaching to build leadership, finance, and entrepreneurship skills.

A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree and teaching certification are preferred. Starting salary range is $57,172–$85,634 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years classroom experience.
• Content mastery in Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry preferred.
• Passion for Next Generation learning and curiosity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient use of Google Suite and learning management systems (Blackbaud preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement engaging math instruction and foster curiosity and problem‑solving.
• Lead LiFE coaching and integrate leadership, finance, and entrepreneurship into lessons.
• Plan units, differentiate for diverse learners, and use culturally responsive practices.
• Build strong partnerships with students, parents and staff.
• Reflect on teaching and pursue professional growth.
