Aspen Academy in Denver, Colorado seeks an enthusiastic Upper Middle School Math Teacher for the 26-27 school year. This full-time, on-site position starts with a salary range based on education and experience, and credits up to nine years teaching experience.

You will engage students with dynamic math instruction, plan lessons, and collaborate with families and colleagues in a nurturing, forward-thinking school community dedicated to Next Generation education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years classroom experience.
• Content mastery in Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry.
• Teaching certification preferred.
• Commitment to Next Generation learning and engaging math education.

Responsibilities

• Classroom strategies and behaviors that promote engagement and high expectations.
• LiFE coaching to develop leadership, finance and entrepreneurship skills.
• Plan and prepare lessons with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive practices.
