Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Somerville, Massachusetts is seeking a Teacher to join our team. You will lead, coach and mentor staff, implement KinderCare's curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to ensure excellent care and education.

Please bring active CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years ECE experience, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid. This role supports enrollment, engagement, and community partnerships at our center.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English literacy for communication with children and parents.
