Job summary

KinderCare in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and implement the center's curriculum with sensitivity to each child's needs. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment, partner with families, and collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals in a supportive team.

Required CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, bachelor's in ECE preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality early childhood education.
• Ability to follow and implement curriculum with flexibility.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English for communicating with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support child development and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
